The pool was nice and the staff friendly and willing. Our room was noisy but when we asked the staff were happy to move us to another quieter room.
The beds were like concrete.

Centrally located, new hotel (opened in April 2011) with big, clean and comfortable rooms and a big bathroom. Centrally located - next to the Royal Palace and many restaurants and a few shops. A 10 min walk to the river front. A quite nice, small, salt water swimming poll on the 2nd floor. Breakfast - standard, as in any of this kind of hotels. Friendly staff.
Not all of the staff speak English well, so its hard to communicate sometimes. We were not asked, what we wanted for breakfast - they just decided to bring us sandwiches, which then had to be taken back, as we wanted sth else... No computers available for guests, but if you need one, they offer to use their laptop and they offered even to bring the laptop to our room.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very affordable and you get a lot for what you pay for. The staff pays attention to detail and ensures that the rooms are well-maintained and clean. The location is excellent, situated in a great neighborhood that is close to most tourist attractions in the city. The basic amenities provided, such as the comfortable beds and the included breakfast with limited options, add to the overall positive experience.
All was well.

Very good hotel, we have the room just near the swimming pool, very very big bed, very good Combodian smell in the room. Malin, the manager, is a really good and nice friend. He recommended and took us to the best restaurent and we had the best amoc and beef with prahoc in Phnom Penh.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a great neighborhood allows easy access to most tourist sites. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are adequate for a comfortable stay. The rooms, with two double beds, are a great value on a lower level and some even come with a balcony overlooking a little park next door - a very rare find in this city. The breakfast, although with limited options, is included and served to start your day off right.
The WIFI could use some improvement.

The hotel is located close to the riverfront and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The pool was good.
The only complaint was the breakfast - they regularly seemed to be out of juice, coffee cups and glasses etc. They appeared to be disorganised. When we asked for glasses and juice the staff did assist us.

This hotel was very close to the royal palace and National Museum. It was very quiet, set far enough back from the main road. The room was a decent size, towels and water provided.
It was a bit further away from the river side bars than we thought, and there is no lift, although we did get help with our bags. Our air conditioning dripped, and after asking three different members of staff, no one came to look at it. Breakfast was a bit dubious and basic, poor coffee and tea. The shower head was held at waist height, which was a pain for our 6ft tall friend!! We were disappointed that the hotel staff seemed to tell a persistent tuk tuk driver our hotel room. The pool was fine, untill two men arrived with their dates for the night....

As a solo traveler, I found it convenient to stay at this hotel located in the heart of the city. Everywhere was within walking distance including the riverfront restaurants, major attractions, and the royal palace. Aside from the great location, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including free pickup on arrival, and even though I arrived an hour late, the driver waited for me. The staff was a delight and spoke decent English, always willing to help with local information and tours to popular places like Angkor Watt. I also enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, which came with good WiFi and cable TV.
Nothing to mention.

Close to river area - restaurants etc. Hotel was clean and staff generally very good.
We booked a triple room well in advance but when we arrived they allocated a twin room to us. They said they were sorry - they had give our triple room to someone else - very frustrating as I had booked the room for our three person family. After a discussion they did reduce the cost to that of a twin room.
